Metaltech, a mid-size metal fabrication facility, was facing rising electricity costs that were significantly impacting their profitability. With energy-intensive machinery running multiple shifts, their monthly utility bills exceeded $35,000. They needed a solution that would provide long-term cost stability while supporting their corporate sustainability goals.
We designed and installed an 850 kWp rooftop solar system utilizing 2,125 high-efficiency 400W solar panels. The system includes string inverters with integrated monitoring and a sophisticated racking system engineered to withstand industrial vibrations and local wind loads.

"The solar installation has exceeded our expectations. Not only are we saving significantly on energy costs, but our production team has also noticed improved working conditions due to the thermal insulation effect of the panels. AM Energy Services managed the entire project professionally and completed it ahead of schedule."

TransLog operates a 500,000 sq ft distribution center with refrigerated storage, extensive conveyor systems, and 24/7 operations. Despite implementing various energy-saving measures over the years, management suspected significant inefficiencies remained but lacked detailed data to identify them.
We conducted a comprehensive Level 2 energy audit, installing temporary sub-meters throughout the facility to capture granular consumption data. Based on our findings, we implemented our cloud-based Energy Management System with 45 monitoring points across lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, and material handling systems.

The Skyline Office Complex, a 12-story Class A office building with 150,000 sq ft of leasable space, was using outdated fluorescent lighting throughout. Tenants complained about poor light quality, maintenance costs for lamp replacement were high, and the building was falling behind newer competition in terms of amenities and sustainability features.
We replaced 2,400 lighting fixtures with high-efficiency LED alternatives and implemented a wireless lighting control system. The project was executed in phases over 8 weeks during off-hours to minimize tenant disruption.
